Responsibility
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, to attract top talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and resolve any related inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support HR initiatives and projects to improve employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
