Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and fair remuneration packages.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and forecast hiring requirements.
- Organize and facilitate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports on recruitment performance, turnover rates, and employee engagement.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume recruitment setting.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
