As our HRD Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, design and implement training programs, and ensure all HR activities align with company policies and Indonesian labor laws. Your expertise will drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary range of IDR 5.5M – 8.2M per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies in all personnel-related activities.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee development.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
