Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs tailored to diverse employee levels, from entry-level to leadership.
- Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions with energy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor and coach employees to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, PowerPoint, virtual training software).
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Certification in training (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus but not required.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a growth mindset.
