Responsibility
- Execute full-cycle payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance incentives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for management review.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and compensation management.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
