As a Global Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offer negotiations and onboarding. Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for international roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening processes.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in various countries is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
