Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale healthcare transformation projects, including polyclinic development and operational overhauls.
- Identify inefficiencies in current healthcare workflows and design data-driven solutions to improve patient care, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Collaborate with medical, administrative, and technical teams to align project objectives with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks to monitor project progress and operational success.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management for all assigned projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, and AI-driven diagnostics.
- Foster partnerships with local healthcare providers, government agencies, and stakeholders to expand service reach and impact.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Medicine, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end healthcare transformation projects, including facility development, process optimization, or digital health implementations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., JCI, ISO), and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
