Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for endoscopy disposables and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff on the use of FUJIFILM’s endoscopy towers, laparoscopy systems, and accessories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product positioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sales support, troubleshooting, and addressing client concerns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote FUJIFILM’s portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with endoscopy towers, laparoscopy systems, or endoscopy accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel as needed (primarily within Bali).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
