Responsibility
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for pharmacy services across the cluster.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize pharmacy workflows, inventory management, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international pharmacy regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Licensed pharmacist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in pharmacy management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive operational and financial success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, clinical services, and regulatory requirements.
