Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmaceutical operations, ensuring adherence to Indonesian pharmacy laws and clinic policies.
- Manage medication inventory, including procurement, storage, and dispensing with strict quality control.
- Verify prescriptions, provide patient counseling, and ensure safe drug administration practices.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, ethics, and patient-centered care.
- Maintain meticulous records of controlled substances and report discrepancies as required by law.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans and resolve medication-related queries.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with BPJS and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs for pharmacy workflows to enhance efficiency and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker) with valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting, with PIC experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and BPJS procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (accommodation provided).
