Responsibility
- Assist medical staff in preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Greet and register patients, verify their information, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals in a timely manner.
- Administer basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and providing clear instructions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized clinic environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clinical, healthcare, or administrative support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and visitors.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology, EHR systems, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, as needed.
