As a Pharmacist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, provide expert drug information, and uphold the highest standards of pharmacy practice. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment where your expertise directly impacts community health.
We offer a competitive salary range of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 15,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and innovative setting.
Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and verify prescriptions for appropriateness and safety.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient consultations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Offer expert advice on over-the-counter products and wellness solutions to customers.
- Participate in health promotion activities, such as vaccination programs and medication therapy management.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) from an accredited institution; licensed to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses of medications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
