Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medical history, skin conditions, and aesthetic goals, providing expert recommendations for treatments.
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, thread lifts, PRP therapy, and chemical peels.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient expectations and clinical best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory guidelines for all procedures.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through continuous education and training.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, potential risks, and expected outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed medical records and follow-up with patients to monitor progress and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Specialization or certification in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, or Cosmetic Surgery is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in injectables and laser treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse, international clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and the latest aesthetic techniques and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Russian, are a plus).
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
