As a Corporate Nurse, you will provide immediate medical care, health education, and wellness programs to employees. As an Admin, you will manage office logistics, coordinate health-related initiatives, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibility
- Provide on-site medical assistance, first aid, and emergency response to employees.
- Develop and implement workplace health and wellness programs, including health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness workshops.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals and follow-ups.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and conduct regular workplace safety inspections.
- Assist in organizing company events, health campaigns, and training sessions.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for health-related concerns and administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate nursing, occupational health, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office and medical software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in developing and conducting health and wellness programs is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
