Responsibility
- Conduct clinical laboratory tests (hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, etc.) with precision and adherence to standardized procedures.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability for physician review.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and quality control checks.
- Follow strict safety and biosafety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a secure working environment.
- Document and report test findings in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO, CAP).
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and critical diagnostic information.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including reagents, supplies, and specimen storage.
- Stay updated on emerging laboratory technologies and best practices in medical testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid Medical Technologist license or certification (local or international equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
- Proficiency in operating automated lab instruments (e.g., analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate test results.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
