Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements and management reports.
- Drive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, including compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment evaluations, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Ensure robust internal controls and governance frameworks are in place to safeguard company assets and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
- Experience in risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
