Responsibility
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to follow up on the credit status of clients and ensure timely repayments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Document all collection activities, including call logs, payment agreements, and customer interactions, in the bank’s system.
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, prioritizing high-risk cases for immediate action.
- Collaborate with the credit and risk management teams to assess customer creditworthiness and recommend solutions.
- Provide regular reports on collection performance, including recovery rates and outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during all collection activities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance trust and improve recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or banking operations (preferably 1-2 years).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with banking software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
