Responsibility
- Evaluate and process credit card and personal loan applications in accordance with bank policies and risk management guidelines.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments, including credit scoring, income verification, and collateral evaluation (if applicable).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and credit card acquisitions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on loan performance, delinquency rates, and portfolio health to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, particularly in credit evaluation, loan processing, or sales within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and banking regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and banking software systems.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
