Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventative maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance strategies with production goals.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major equipment overhauls, upgrades, and installations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in preventative maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and industrial equipment (e.g., semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing).
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional), Six Sigma, or Lean are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
