Responsibility
- Lead the technical design and development of electrical systems for ongoing and future projects.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
- Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
