Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of community health education programs in Bali, aligning with SingHealth’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local government agencies, NGOs, healthcare providers, and academic institutions to enhance program reach and impact.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team of educators, healthcare professionals, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor and analyze program outcomes using data-driven approaches to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with health priorities.
- Secure funding and resources through grant writing, budget management, and stakeholder engagement to sustain and expand initiatives.
- Advocate for health equity by identifying and addressing gaps in community health access and education.
- Represent SingHealth in public forums, conferences, and media to promote community health awareness and thought leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local and international health education standards, including ethical and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. PhD or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in community health, education, or program management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling health education programs in diverse or underserved communities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with government, NGOs, and private sector partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze health data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in budgeting, grant writing, and resource mobilization for health programs.
