You will be responsible for executing innovative sales strategies, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring our commercial offerings align with the unique needs of the SMB segment across the APAC region. Responsibility
- Drive the overall commercial strategy and revenue targets for the SMB segment within the APAC region.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual KPIs.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities by building robust pipelines and identifying market trends.
- Develop and nurture deep relationships with key SMB stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine our value proposition for small and medium enterprises.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market data to forecast trends and implement data-driven improvements to the sales process.
- Represent NielsenIQ at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility within the SMB ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling sales operations, specifically targeting the SMB market.
- Strong understanding of the data analytics, consumer insights, or market research landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced data analytical platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse, multinational corporate environment and lead remote or hybrid teams effectively.
