Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of carpenters to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and project completion.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of carpentry projects in residential and commercial spaces.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to interpret and implement design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all carpentry work.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Source and procure high-quality materials and tools for projects.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any issues to maintain excellence in workmanship.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in custom woodworking, furniture making, and interior finishing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices in carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and design plans.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Bali.
