Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all eyewear products, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate and oversee the timely distribution of stock to branches, suppliers, and retail partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock, preventing shortages or excesses.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify and address discrepancies, minimizing losses.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to forecast demand and align inventory with market needs.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics and inventory management.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and logistics performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably in retail or eyewear industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or warehouse management systems is a plus.
