Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols to prevent workplace incidents.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory systems, Excel) are advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high productivity standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as required.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations or multi-platform logistics is a bonus.
