Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and storing of incoming materials and products.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners, forklifts, or pallet jacks (where certified) to move materials safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace incidents.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics support (entry-level candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., inventory systems, Excel, or WMS software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs.
- Certification in forklift operation or safety training is advantageous.
