Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present production reports to management for review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in woodworking, electronics, or related manufacturing fields is a plus.
