Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform quality checks on products to meet company and industry standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance teams.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.
- Document production data, including quantities, defects, and downtime, for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply).
- Ability to work in fixed day or night shifts with a 4-3-3-4 rest schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and safety procedures.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be discussed).
