Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train logistics staff to foster a high-performance culture and achieve operational targets.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs and resolve logistics-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
