Responsibility
- Perform precise assembly of components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assembled products meet company and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly assembly targets.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Document assembly processes, including any deviations or quality concerns, for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
