Responsibility
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to meet organizational needs.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and align purchasing activities with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier information.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new supplier opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of contract law, supplier management, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
