Responsibility
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) to ensure compliance and certification.
- Spearhead Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Design and deploy Continuous Improvement (CI) frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across departments.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business excellence strategies with organizational goals.
- Train and mentor teams on best practices in process optimization, quality control, and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of process improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging methodologies in business excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operational Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), ISO Lead Auditor, or PMP are highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in BPR, workflow automation, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in multinational environments or regulated industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
