Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT applications to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of IT applications.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the IT applications team.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT applications management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise-level IT applications.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT governance frameworks.
- Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in IT security principles and data protection regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
