Responsibility
- Oversee and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards, including electrical safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules, projects, and upgrades.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and facilities to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and documentation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Chargeman A1 Certificate (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and industrial safety standards.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia is a plus.
