Responsibility
- Design and analyze scaffolding systems, temporary structures, and load-bearing frameworks for construction projects.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and hand calculations to validate structural integrity under dynamic loads.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall project plans.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes (e.g., SNI, AISC, Eurocode) and safety regulations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, or Staad.Pro.
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimize material usage and cost-efficiency without compromising safety or performance.
- Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s degree or PE license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, with expertise in scaffolding and load analysis.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA).
- Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and timber design principles.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Ubud, Jimbaran, Badung).
