Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate BMS solutions seamlessly into building designs.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on BMS operations, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in BMS, IoT, and smart building solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system designs, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client consultations to gather requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure all BMS projects adhere to budgetary constraints, timelines, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in BMS design, installation, or maintenance, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Honeywell EBI, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting control, fire safety, and energy management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with IoT integration, automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus), and cybersecurity best practices for BMS.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
