Responsibility
- Design and develop HVAC and chiller systems for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and energy efficiency analyses for mechanical systems
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate mechanical systems
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international best practices
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on-site
- Provide technical support during construction and troubleshoot system issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and chiller system design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC design software (Carrier HAP, Trane Trace preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and SNI standards
- Experience with feasibility studies and energy modeling tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is advantageous
