Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMP) in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to assess traffic conditions and identify potential hazards.
- Coordinate with construction teams, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth traffic flow and minimal disruptions.
- Install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, barriers, and signals, as per approved plans.
- Train and supervise traffic control personnel on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on traffic management activities, incidents, and compliance status.
- Respond to emergencies or accidents on-site by implementing immediate traffic control measures.
- Ensure all safety standards (e.g., PPE, signage visibility) are adhered to by workers and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Traffic Management Officer (TMO) certification from a recognized authority.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and construction site protocols.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, traffic plans, and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor, high-traffic environments with varying weather conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and traffic management software (e.g., AutoCAD, TMP tools).
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
