Responsibility
- Supervise and maintain HVAC systems and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement facility improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all mechanical operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend strategies for energy efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff on mechanical systems and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems and mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Certification in HVAC or related mechanical fields is a plus.
