Responsibility
- Perform daily service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and machine performance.
- Conduct commissioning and installation of EDM and Wire-cut machines at client sites.
- Provide regular servicing and preventive maintenance to extend machine lifespan.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Train customers on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in EDM and Wire-cut technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of EDM or Wire-cut machines is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
