Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment, systems, and installations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Design, review, and implement electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for new or upgraded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical projects, including installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations, industry standards (e.g., PUIL, SNI), and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and inventory of electrical components.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or contractors as needed.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., Sertifikat Ahli K3 Listrik) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices (e.g., PUIL 2011).
- Proficient in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeter, megohmmeter) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
- Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
