Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate and execute maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain safety compliance in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational malfunctions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility upgrades, renovations, and space optimizations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Provide emergency response for facility-related incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in facility maintenance, building operations, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
