Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all production machinery and equipment are operating at peak efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including cost control, vendor negotiations, and procurement of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment history.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, CMMS software, and maintenance best practices.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, including PLCs, motors, and conveyors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
