Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines to ensure clash detection and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with LTA/MRT BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to optimize design and construction processes.
- Generate BIM execution plans and provide technical support to project teams.
- Conduct regular model reviews and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare BIM documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of LTA/MRT BIM standards and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or architectural projects is a plus.
