Responsibility
- Assist in overseeing mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement mechanical systems and processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to support project planning and decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to procure materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives to innovate and improve mechanical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, CAD software, and industry standards.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and green engineering principles is desirable.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
