Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of module manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor equipment operations and conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any incidents or repairs in accordance with company protocols.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and validation of new equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.
- Follow strict safety procedures and compliance guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and overall productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities as required by production demands.
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related areas is a plus.
