Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of manufacturing machinery and systems to minimize downtime.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and coordinate with production teams to align with operational needs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and propose sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices in maintenance and equipment handling.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, maintenance history, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of TQM (Total Quality Management), Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CMMS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certification in maintenance management or reliability engineering is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
