Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and distribution boards to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and cold storage facilities to maintain optimal temperature control.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water treatment equipment to prevent leaks or blockages.
- Service and calibrate commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, exhaust systems) to meet health and safety standards.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns with rapid diagnosis and resolution to minimize downtime in critical operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and checklists to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or system upgrades, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and system performance reports for audit and improvement purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Vocational training with relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical licensing) will also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing systems in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical circuits, motors, and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment and knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during emergency situations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and adhere to safety protocols (PPE, lockout/tagout procedures).
