Responsibility
- Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize M&A targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, DCF modeling, and comparative valuation to assess target viability and ROI.
- Due Diligence Leadership: Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and operational assessments.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with targets, investors, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and close transactions.
- Integration Planning: Develop and execute post-merger integration (PMI) plans to ensure seamless transition and value realization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, board members, and external advisors.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare executive-level reports, pitch decks, and board presentations to communicate deal rationale and progress.
Qualifications
- Proven M&A Experience: Minimum 7+ years in mergers & acquisitions, corporate development, or investment banking, with a track record of closed deals.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, multiples), and capital markets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Banking & Financial Services sector, including regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions with internal and external parties.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capacity to assess risks, opportunities, and long-term implications of M&A activities.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA/CAIA is a plus.
- Language & Location: Fluent English required; willingness to relocate to or work from Bali, Indonesia (remote flexibility may be considered).
