Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of all property areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas, to ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor and operate Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest requests, providing assistance and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Investigate and document all security-related incidents, including theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access, and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed to address security concerns.
- Train and supervise junior security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
- Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to guest and staff safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Certification in security management, first aid, or CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising security teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
